How to book?
Please contact us via Telegram or the form on the website: dates, number of days, and desired model. We'll confirm availability and send you an invoice for prepayment.
What is the prepayment and is it possible to return it?
The deposit is a % of the rental amount. Cancellations 72+ hours in advance are a full refund, 24-72 hours in advance are a % refund, and less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, 20,000 rubles. We block the amount upon delivery and refund it after inspection upon return.
What documents are needed?
Passport and driver's license. We'll complete the contract and deed on-site or online.
Is it possible to drive on the ice of Lake Baikal?
Yes, only in authorized areas and subject to instructions. We'll provide a safety briefing and directions upon pickup.
What if there is a breakdown or an accident?
Contact us – we'll arrange towing or replacement (if available). In case of an accident, call the traffic police and take a diagram.
I'm late with my return - what will happen?
Discount for 30 minutes, then 500 ₽/hour or we charge the daily rate.
Is it possible to smoke with animals?
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Smoking is permitted.
