PUBLIC OFFER

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official offer by Baikal Land Limited Liability Company, OGRN 1253800009858, INN 3849108698, KPP 384901001, located at 5 Shevtsova St., Irkutsk, 664035 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), to enter into a contract for the provision of paid car rental services without a driver under the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer is a public contract in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer is deemed to be the payment for services through the website rent-baikal.ru.
1.3. The agreement concluded by accepting this Offer has the legal force of a contract signed by the parties.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with a driverless car for temporary use under rental terms.

2.2. The list of available cars, rental terms, prices, and conditions are available on the website rent-baikal.ru.

3. Payment Procedure

3.1. Payment for services is made using payment instruments (including VTB Bank acquiring).

3.2. The Client makes an advance payment (deposit) in the amount specified in the booking form. The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of the car.

3.3. All prices on the website are listed in Russian rubles and include VAT (if any).

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. The Client has the right to cancel the reservation no later than 72 hours before the rental date.
4.2. In case of timely cancellation, the advance payment will be refunded within 5 (five) business days using the same payment method.
4.3. If the specified cancellation deadline is missed, the deposit will not be refunded.
4.4. Refunds are made in accordance with the Rules of International Payment Systems.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the actions of third parties (banks, telecom operators, etc.).
5.2. The Client bears full financial responsibility for the rented vehicle during the rental period.

6. Other Terms

6.1. All personal data of the Client will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.2. The laws of the Russian Federation shall apply to the relations between the parties.
